Since its creation, the company has specialised in particular in the deployment of system communication interfaces for key players in the international tourism sector.
In 1999, IT decided to provide the hotel industry with its skills in the field of information systems for the tourism sector and more particularly communication interfaces, resulting in the launch of the first IT-solution: ReservIT CRS.
Since then, IT has gone on to support hotels and hotel chains with the introduction of their electronic marketing systems, through the provision of effective, well adapted and upgradable solutions.
The major place which IT has carved out for itself in the e-tourism field is due in particular to the creation of connections to the largest distributors (GDS, ADS/IDS) and hotel management software (PMS), for a comprehensive service, well suited to the needs of the hotel operators. IT is also increasingly supplying solutions to distributors, keen to access the range of products and services proposed by the 10,000 establishments using IT solutions.
At the same time, the "partnership culture" cultivated by our company enables IT to work effectively with all participants in the hotel industry including hotels, chains and distributors… in addition to their subcontractors, publishers of complementary solutions, web agencies and consultants, etc.

- 2004 Launch of ReservIT hotel, a reservation system specially adapted to hotel units.
- 2006 PlannIT, a simplified hotel management software solution, making it possible to do away with paper-based planning systems.
- 2007 Launch of LinkIT crs, a communication interface between the external CRS’ and the IT platform
- 2008 Agreement with Pegasus and the launch of SwitchIT, an e-marketplace specially devoted to hotel distributors.
- 2009 Creation of an international department. IT expands and extends its activities abroad.

The IT spirit
IT-Solutions started life through a combination of technological expertise and the hotel industry. People are seen as being central to the company's corporate philosophy, a philosophy based on dialogue and innovation aimed at providing real improvements to the hotel operators’ activities. IT’s teams are today comprised of a mixture of profiles including engineer-developers, sales representatives and customer service managers, etc. As a result we are able to provide responses to all of our customers’ problems and needs, from technical expertise to the provision of advice, for a business sector which is itself extremely diverse: the hotel sector.
